CMYCASH is an early-stage technology project focused on verification of physical assets using secure hardware and software.
Payments made through this website relate to:
- participation in a pilot program
- early access to the CMYCASH system
- priority position for future product availability
3. No Financial Product
CMYCASH does not sell:
- financial instruments
- investment products
- regulated financial services
No return, profit, or appreciation is promised.
4. Reservation & Payment
Payments (e.g. 250 €) represent:
- a reservation fee
- access to early-stage participation
This is not a purchase of gold or physical asset.
5. Product Status
The product is currently in development (Beta / Proof of Concept).
- Final form (card, coin, capsule) is not guaranteed
- Timeline is not guaranteed
- Features may change
6. Delivery & Fulfilment
If a physical product is delivered in the future:
- it will be part of a pilot program
- specifications may differ from initial presentation
Additional payment may be required.
Early participants are expected to receive a Smart Gold card as part of the pilot program once production is completed.
7. Refund Policy
If CMYCASH is unable to deliver the pilot product:
- refund conditions may be offered at our discretion
8. Limitation of Liability
CMYCASH is provided “as is” during the pilot phase.
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- expectations related to future product development

We may update these Terms at any time.
